4 lobster tails

1⁄4 cup of melted butter

4 minced garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 cup of heavy cream

1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1⁄2 teaspoon of paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

Minced fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1 Prepare the lobster tails:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Using kitchen scissors, cut along the top shell of each lobster tail at the bottom of the center, stopping just before cutting. Carefully pull the lobster meat upwards, leaving it attached to the base, and place it on top of the shell for presentation.

Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

3 Make the creamy garlic butter sauce:

While the lobster tails are cooking, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and simmer for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir heavy cream, parmesan and lemon juice. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens. Season with salt and black pepper to taste

4 Serves :

Once the lobster tails are spoonful, spoon generously in the creamy garlic butter sauce.

Top with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for a bright, citrusy touch.
